Cela fait maintenant plusieurs fois que je viens à l’institut pour une épilation du dos et des épaules. Patricia est très professionnel, douce et bienveillante. Son cabinet est un petit cocon de douceur où je prends beaucoup de plaisir à y venir. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Un bon cadeau m’a été offert pour cet institut mais je n’ai malheureusement pas pu en profiter. J’ai pris un rendez vous en novembre que j’ai dû annuler. Après avoir contacté l’institut à deux reprises sans réponse pour annuler le rendez vous, je ne me suis pas présentée au rendez vous. J’ai replanifié mon rendez vous ce mois ci et l’institut m’a rappelé pour m’indiquer que je ne pourrai pas bénéficier de mon soin car je ne me suis pas présentée au rendez vous. Cela n’est pas commerçant d’autant que j’ai cherché à prévenir à deux reprises, et que le tout premier rendez vous planifié réservé en ligne n’avait pas été honoré parce qu’il y a eu un soucis avec la réservation en ligne. Déçue!
