Excellent service, good location, safe and close to shops and businesses. Gym and pool are a bit outdated but there are a few gyms nearby. Rooms are large and comfortable but all voltage is 220V.

The hotel needs improvement on their rooms. A King Bed cannot be two singles beds placed together. It was uncomfortable sleep in there. Air conditioned not work well and TV could be different. Service room, the ladies work in there have really good work in there

My husband is from Brazil and we chose Blue Tree Premium Alphaville after doing some research online before visiting. I was very impressed with the level of Service we received during our stay. There are always attendants by the front door day and night so you are very safe in this area. Every person is so friendly and willing to help. The Front Desk staff do speak a limited English and are so kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and provided us with a good night sleep. Also the breakfast provided in the morning leaves nothing to be desired! It had a very nice selection of options. I would Highly recommend a stay here if it is in the area you would like to stay in.
