Oh wow!! Hello everyone my name is Gloria and man do I want to tell you all something. That Gentle Dental is awesome and I really, really mean this. I went there for the first time and each person there treated me like a was royalty. They paid attention and showed attention to everything that had to do with you, your teeth and your overall health. I have never been to a dentist office quite like this. So if you’re nervous or anxious about going to a dentist please, please go to Gentle Dentist at 1740 N Service Rd. Moore, Ok 73160. The staff and dentist there are so, so patient with you from the front office to the dentist chair. Sorry for the long review, but I just wanted everyone that does not know about this place how awesome it is. Dr. Elaine Vu, you are so AWESOME. Angelic, girl you ROCK. Oh, oh wait I don’t want to leave out the Hygienist, girl, girl you are WONDERFUL. I apologize if I left anyone out, because all of you guys are GREAT.

I had a great experience today at Gentle Dental in Moore. I was there to get a second opinion on work that was recommended by a prior dentist. Everyone at the front desk was great. They were knowledgeable about my insurance and made the process easy. The dental assistant was friendly and really seemed to care about my concerns. I saw Dr. Berry and she was probably the best dentist I’ve ever seen. Incredibly knowledgeable and was quick to refer me out for a tooth that needed more specialized care. She put me and my needs first instead of trying to make money off of my situation. She explained everything to me, telling me what she thought needed to be done and why. I am grateful that I contacted this office and especially for those who need work done, I highly recommend this office because it’s clear to me they put their patients first.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. If it were possible to give negative stars, I would rather do that. After battling depression for three years and avoiding dentist most of my life because I have severe anxiety, I decided to try out my mother‘s dentist. When I got there, I told them about my severe anxiety and about how I have avoided the dentist because of it. It was very obvious that I was extremely nervous about this appointment. His staff was incredible, very reassuring and kind. But as soon as Dr. Pitt came in the room, I felt like less than garbage. He treated me as if I was less than a human being. Made me feel horrible about the fact that my teeth have gotten this bad. It was the worst dental experience I have ever had in my life. Absolutely zero bedside manner. I work in retail, and yet I have never had somebody talk to me the way that he spoke to me. Extremely demeaning, extremely aggressive, and incredibly unprofessional.

Communication at this location is HORRIBLE! I came and had an exam and scheduled for a cleaning and filling. I called back the next day to ask about the schedule and left a message with the front office staff for Cassandra to give me a call back….No call was received so I called back the following Monday and asked if I could switch my appointment time no slow was available which is fine. I confirmed the time of my scheduled appointments and Cassandra said I’m not going to be able to get my teeth cleaned the same day which is odd when she scheduled it. I finally make it to my appointment for the filling which was at 10AM. I sat waiting until 10:30 before I asked would it be longer. Cassandra informed me the dentist is behind and there was still one more person in front of me. I’m beyond frustrated because I waisted my time. DONT COME HERE.
