Columbus did a siding replacement project at our 57 unit strata complex. The project went smoothly and was completed on schedule. The Columbus employees were great. Good communication with project management team. Efficient, skilled, professional.

This was a 2 year $5 Million Dollar remediation project. There were unsupervised laborers. Poor quality materials. Deficiencies not completed. Refusal to work. Tradesmen calling my neighbors "pigs". Cracked cement work. Wrong work. Wrong materials. Promised work not done. Boards in path with nails sticking out and other hazards. Man on scaffold facing my 2nd floor window while arguing loudly on his cellphone. Cans cigarette buts coffee and other garbage left for days on end. Destroyed my yard and their solution was to spray a thin layer of fluffy soil over the big holes, dips, and slopes. Denied damage done to building. Unpainted surfaces. Unfinished drywall. Plumbing problems. Staff who yelled and swore at our directors during several board meetings. I could go on. Suffice it to say, we did not have a good experience with this company.

I am a company owner myself and we do custom skylights. Today we completed a large project with Columbus Construction, installing 70 custom skylights at a large Strata. This was our first project together and all I can say is - if you ever have ANY renovation needs and want to be treated fair and nice (as a customer or as a sub-contractor like me) and you want to have a company that "delivers" - THIS is the company to go to.
