I recently accompanied my relative through the surgery and stay at Columbus Clinic, closely following every step of the process and even staying overnight. While I was not a patient myself, I had the opportunity to observe the clinic’s environment, staff, and overall experience firsthand. The atmosphere at Columbus Clinic is exceptionally calm and recreational, which truly helps patients and their loved ones feel at ease. Almost all of the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. One important note for international visitors: while doctors, anesthesiologists, and medical specialists speak excellent English, some of the staff responsible for patient care may not. It is helpful to know Italian or be ready to communicate via body language and use a translation app. A special mention goes to surgeon Kaminskyi, whose attentiveness, thorough consultation, and support made a significant difference. He not only ensured a smooth and pleasant surgical experience for my relative but also provided reassurance and confidence throughout the process. Additionally, the small coffee shop from the 1950s adds a charming, authentic touch to the experience - definitely worth a visit. Overall, Columbus Clinic exceeded my expectations, offering both professional excellence and a welcoming, relaxing environment. Highly recommended!

Good doctors but they do not value your time. Trying to do a doctor’s visit - 1st time the doctor did not showed up for 45 min - I had to reschedule the appointment. The day before they moved it from 8.10 to 9.45, I agreed with the condition that we do everything in 1 hour as I was busy later - still late for 45 min! It is unbelievable and unacceptable.
