Showhome Furniture (Service)TERRIBLE SERVICE - WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE "It takes years to win a customer and only seconds to lose one." Our Invermere client hired this called "REPUTABLE COMPANY" to deliver a coffee table. Unfortunately, it appears that proper handling was not part of their training, and the business DOESN'T CARE TO CLIENTS and DOESN'T HAVE ANY AFTER-SALE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our client was surprised and frustrated by the scenario because the package and goods were battered and destroyed. They contacted both us and this company. Long story short, even though there was proof (photos and videos) that the item was inspected, handled with care, and released in good condition to their team, the company refuses to accept responsibility and blames us. They refuse to refund our client's money for roundtrip shipping (Calgary to Invermere and Invermere to Calgary) and refuse to pay for the damaged item. The company's President/CEO insultingly gave us "compensation $2.00/pound for this shipment in an effort to display good faith." Which is only about 10% of the item's cost. LOL for real? I'm not very sure why Google requires one star when this company CLEARLY do not deserve one.
