Matthew MannersIf there are good reviews on here about Colt buildings they are fraudulent like the one saying he ordered plans you can’t order just plans at least that what the owner Juan told me he gave me a great price on a building with plans and engineering stamp told me to send him 4000 to start and then had an architect design it and send me a contract with a new price that was double the price I was quoted to get me to send him the money then told me I couldn’t have the plans if I didn’t buy the building and said I couldn’t have my money back that it was used to design the building but I didn’t buy the building so my 2500 for the engineer stamp should still be there he said if I wanted the over priced building to send him another 16000 to get it started lmao who would send this guy more money at this point.. don’t let him scam you to send him any money

Daniel DayShould have read other reviews here before wasting my time. I called, and my inquiry was taken and a meeting set. Come meeting time, no call. I did receive a follow up call that afternoon asking if Juan was able to help me. When I said he didn’t even call, they tried to reschedule. This may have been because Juan was having a bad hair day or something because when he got on the phone with me, he just seemed genuinely not happy to be breathing. Sorry I imposed, I thought you guys were selling a service. Good luck with whatever it is you do, it won’t be with me. Hopefully this review can spare others the same experience. Find someone else.
