As a full time Realtor for 25 years, I've had to "deal" with Roofers dozens of times. Quite frequently, it's been stressful situations made even more stressful. So when it came time that I personally needed a roof, I called 5 different Roofers for quotes and hoped for the best. The first 4 promised the price I needed to be at, and then came in thousands higher than originally discussed. It was very discouraging, but not unexpected. Then CPR returned my call. I explained some unusual complications in timing and contacts involving my mortgage company and house insurer, also the price I would need to be at, the product quality of the shingles, and the need to create a venting system that was not originally built into the roof. They went to work, working with my insurance company to provide more necessary funds for additional work missed by the insurance company's original estimate. Within 2 days, they got the numbers to work, and set an installation date in less than 2 weeks. They also accepted some timing payment issues that were a little unusual and showed great patience working with an ever-changing number of representatives and contacts at both the mortgage and insurance company. CPR showed the skill and creativity to pivot with each unpredicted issue, and the obstacles those issues presented. The work was completed in 1 day. The crew was friendly and respectful of the property, and the cleanup was impeccable. I can honestly say, it was the best roofing experience I have encountered over dozens, AND IT WAS MY PERSONAL PROJECT THAT EXEMPLIFIED HOW ANY ROOFING PROJECT "SHOULD" BE EXECUTED! I feel lucky and grateful to have found them after 4 failed attempts elsewhere. Mark, Allan, and Alex, each took ownership of their specific responsibilities, staying in constant contact, keeping their word for everything promised, and completely eliminating the obstacles I was experiencing with my mortgage holder and insurance company. Their flexibility and positive attitudes made the whole experience much more pleasant than it could have been. I will not hesitate to refer them any chance I get, and will be posting on my company's intranet with 1,400 real estate brokers, a similar testimonial to the one I'm posting here. It was refreshing to work with a Roofing company that showed patience, timeliness, and integrity through every step in the process! You can be confident, that given the opportunity to earn your business, they will treat you with the same level of service and care.

Allan was our rep. What a nice young man to work with! He is very professional, friendly and was on top of everything! He was very responsive to our needs and questions and very communicative throughout the project’s process. He even sent videos throughout the day of the progress of the roof replacement. And, he made sure everything was picked up and cleaned up around the house before the crew left. The roof looks amazing! A little darker in the picture because it was raining at the time I took the photo. They went beyond to make the window “houses” match the roof—a nice surprise! Mitch was the rep that came for my roof inspection. He was very polite and professional with solid understanding of roofing systems. I didn't expect a sales person to unclog a downspout and make a minor repair during the inspection process, points for that! I also appreciated that Mitch wasn't pushy. I had new gutters installed through this company. Maria was very helpful throughout this process, she provided a thorough initial inspection and helped with minor repairs, and helped me as a new homeowner to know what to keep an eye on. I give 4 stars because the scheduling was quite difficult, it was over a month from my quote to when my gutters were actually installed. It was not clear at the start that my area would be so difficult to service and I would have appreciated knowing that upfront. Regardless, the work was quality and I appreciated Maria's constant dedication to getting this project finished.
