Chris (aka “the guy with the great hair”) was fantastic! He helped me pick up my HomePod and took the time to answer all my questions about the iPhone Air and iPhone 17 Pro Max. I was torn between the two, but thanks to his guidance, I went with the 17 Pro Max. He also helped me set up my Apple business account, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend asking for Chris if you stop by!

I’ve always been a loyal Apple customer, but I had a really disappointing experience during my recent visit. The agent who helped me (Summer/ Estella) seemed frustrated and upset because she couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my phone. Instead of being patient or trying to find a solution, she took her frustration out on us and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I’ve always trusted Apple for its great customer service, but this visit really fell short of what I’ve come to expect. I hope Apple addresses this so other customers don’t go through the same experience.

Came in to see how long it would take to change a phone battery. I was told 20-25 minutes. I asked if it was for one or two phones. He said it was that long to wait until I could speak with the technician to see how long it would take. REALLY?!?!?! Just pathetic service. In the end they said we would have to leave the phones. I already know it only takes between 10-30 minutes. 👎👎

Met Chris at the door and he was a great listener and after reviewing my issue he determined that I needed a Genius! I told Chris that I thought he was a genius! He appreciated that but referred me to Gina the “Genius” I needed to restore and pair my devises. She was extremely thoughtful and patient and took care of me right away! Great experience with Chris and Gina! THANK YOU!
