I had cause to call Collabria to inquire about my credit card statement and my call was answered by an agent in about 3 minutes. She was courteous and competent in answering all my questions and she forwarded my call to the PIN department to re-set my PIN. I appreciated the excellent customer service provided by this agent. Your organization should keep up its successful training practice. The employee I dealt with today was well-trained!

Not Having a great experience with our Business World Elite card from Coast Capital. Got the card and activated it and tried to use it for our business transactions to pay off our statements with our wholesale suppliers and the card got locked out after the first transaction. Called Collabria and verified identity and said there was nothing they could do, and there was nobody that I could talk to about it, and someone "might" call me back in a "few days" after the account is reviewed. This is the top of the line Business world elite mastercard, we pay an annual fee, and there is no business support for this. Thankfully the other cardholder for our business card still works, but what if the other card gets a hold / review put on it too? Then all of our business comes grinding to a halt due to Collabria's poor customer support. So far I can not recommend this company's card for our business.

Great Credit Card Service provider and excellent customer service team to support with issues. I called the card services centre and even though the wait time was a bit long, i was answered within minutes and issue was completely resolved. Also, good to know they take extra measures to safeguard customers account to prevent fraud. Excellent team.

⭐ 1 star and time to call consumer protection I’ve had nothing but frustration with the Collabria Visa CardWise platform and their customer support. The entire experience is a company prioritizing profits with their junk fees and lack of service. First, their number comes up as "Stat Can" and someone from Collabria called me and asked me how many people lived in my house and what my yearly income was. Pretty sketchy for a million reasons. Secondly, the basics are missing: 📉 Forget doing your year end taxation - I cannot download or access transactions beyond the past month, and statements older than one month are not available online. This makes budgeting, financial planning, and tax preparation unnecessarily difficult. Most financial institutions allow at least a year’s worth of downloadable data. Collabria’s approach is completely inadequate and I was told to go to my local credit union to have them help me AT $5 PER STATEMENT PAGE!! 📆 Minimum payment information on statements is confusing and incomplete — with missing due dates and failure to account for recent payments, making financial management more challenging than it needs to be. My experience with customer support was equally disappointing: 💰 My questions about the annual fee and its supposed "benefits" were met with vague responses rather than a clear breakdown. Transparency is essential, and they failed to provide it. 🚫 I was charged an over-limit fee that may have resulted from merchant holds — something Canadian law prohibits. Instead of addressing this, they suggested I call for a one-time courtesy adjustment, despite my stated preference for email communication. 🕵️ Cash advance interest charges appeared on my account despite having made no such transactions. I asked for an investigation, only to receive general policy references instead of meaningful help. 🤷 Their explanation for excessive administrative fees and interest rates was nothing more than, "Everyone does it." That doesn’t justify unfair or unreasonable charges. 🔒 Upon asking about account closure, I was told no payment arrangements would be made, and they failed to confirm whether I could continue making online payments after closure — something most credit card providers offer as standard. This platform feels outdated, inflexible, and dismissive of the customer experience. If you value transparency, functionality, and responsive support, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
