Coleman Service did an excellent job from estimating my house hold shipment all the way through to managing the paperwork and preparation for the move. Rob and Tracie are wonderful managers and very responsive. Steve and Rick oversee the entire operation and both are terrific operations experts. The first day was spent wrapping packaging and boxing all of my house hold items. The second day involved crating loading and inventorying everything, nearly 5000 pounds, of goods into 4 international shipping crates. The job was superbly done at all levels and all of it more than exceeded my expectations. When you have to plan and carry out a large international shipment, Coleman does it all. Bill Kling and Yazell Spencer did an outstanding job on the second day. The team on the first day was equally good and had everything was wrapped and boxed ready to go on the second day. I couldn’t ask for a better team of professionals. Everything was packed and crated to top standards and I am very pleased. Thank you Bill and Yazell you are both excellent and should be commended for outstanding service and professional knowledge. Lou also helped and was outstanding along with his assistant. I would definitely ask for the same teams again. They are the best! Thank you Coleman.

One of my items didn’t arrive and had some casualties from moving all the way across the country but they are ensuring my claims are made. They made the moving process enjoyable.

Coleman delivered my household goods from Japan back to Baltimore. A crazy and stressful endeavor. The delivery guys did an excellent job protecting the floors, bringing it things in the house, placing things where they belonged, and reassembling things. They also took away all the wrappings and boxes so I wouldn’t have to worry about that stuff. Really appreciated the friendliness and excellent service.
