Never again. If you value your time, find another place to get a custom brace. I will say that the front desk reception staff was lovely. But don’t bother making an appointment with the occupational therapist to get a custom split. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else

Worst experience I was sent there for Physiotherapy with my doctors note stating that for tennis elbow and they took it upon themselves to give me Occupational Therapy which was not something I asked for. $90 dollars later not covered under my plan out of pocket. Do not go there.

I was referred up stairs to arc by the Dr at the clinic below. My son needed to see an occupational therapist for a splint. The occupational therapist does not work on Friday, their solution was to let the onsite chiropracter try his and at making a splint. No therapy advise was given as expected by the doctor from the clinic and now my son will need additional therapy. ARC was more than happy to collect the 40$ to splint, but not worried enough about the care required to heal properly. My in person complaint was met with the option to pay them more money to see their physiotherapist. ARC wants money, not results or positive patient outcome. 3 locations, must be too big to care.

Nothing but positive reviews for this location. Every staff and doctors been nothing but helpful and would recommend to anyone with any injuries or surgeries that needs to get back what they'd consider as normal again.
