Very disappointed with my “lighter and brighter” service that left random bleach spots all over my head?! I could not have been more clear with the photos and long description of what I was looking for. Also, I asked and paid for a root smudge and definitely did not receive that as you can see from the intense lines that should have been blended. Now I to pay to get this fixed somewhere else. She also *ruined* my bangs and cut off 3+ inches and made it incredibly uneven—which I also have to have fixed.

I got my hair cut by Rihana and she was amazing! I wasn’t feeling very confident about my hair going into the salon but she did a great job taking through what I wanted and what would work for me and I came out feeling wonderful! They do a really great job with communication. I had booked an appointment pretty far out but was able to snag a last minute appointment sooner through texts from the salon with availability updates. They also send emails with lots of info including a welcome packet that all helps you feel comfortable and welcome. The salon is really cute too!

Such a wonderful experience meeting Kayli and having my hair transform from summer blonde to a cool balayage with more of my natural brown blending in with the blonde. She pays great attention to the small details which is very much appreciated! She made she each strand was perfect and asked for my opinion to make sure I was satisfied 🙌 Thank you thank you thank you Kayli! Look forward to seeing you again in a couple months ☺️
