The office is spotless, modern, and truly welcoming — it immediately put me at ease. Dr. David Hua is both highly skilled and incredibly kind. They took the time to explain every step of my/my children’s treatment, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout. The technology they use is top-notch, making everything efficient, precise, and completely pain-free. Each hygienist we have had so far was gentle yet thorough, and my teeth have never felt cleaner. I have been to a few dentists and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. As a new patient I received a mug and a letter in the mail welcoming me to the office. The front desk is so friendly and welcoming and all the staff truly take the time to listen to you and make sure they meet your needs. I have been nervous to talk about the appearance of my teeth as I had a bad experience opening up to my previous dentist. I was in yesterday and I felt very heard. The way they explained everything to me was not only realistic but kind. They explained my options and didn’t make me feel bad for asking a lot of questions. I appreciated the time they took and I felt like the staff was very personable and curated the experience specifically for my needs. Very impressed so far.
