Tom was very helpful in helping me select my new floor. Work was done on time and installation was very professional. However if you do not want the installers to use your bathroom without your permission lock the door. One of the installers did this even though I was in the next room and could have been asked. First time this has ever happened to me. Could be the reason I wasn't asked was because installers spoke very little English

We recently had Richmond Decorating Center complete several projects in our home, and everything went wonderfully. We attribute this to the professionalism and expertise of Elliott Benson. We are very pleased to commend Richmond Dec in general and Brian and Wendy in particular for the great work their team did in recently assisting us in renovating our kitchen. Brian was extremely helpful from the very beginning by meeting with us numerous times to make sure we came up with exactly the right design for what our new kitchen would look like. He also offered great advice with helping us choose exactly the right cabinets for our kitchen. Likewise we wish to commend Wendy for her assistance with helping us pick out the correct flooring as well as assisting with the installation of the backsplash. On the installation side Brian was totally hands on to make sure all of the work was done well, delivered on time and on budget. All of the subs that Richmond Dec utilized were very professional: they did the work well, were courteous and completed the work on a timely basis. In retrospect we feel really good about all of the decisions we made: the cabinets, flooring, countertops and backsplash although overall the best decision we made was undoubtedly choosing Richmond Decorating!
