Amir did excellent work renovating my bathroom. His attention to detail is exceptional; he made recommendations to improve the outcome, all of which I took. This wasn’t a straightforward job, given the need for plumbing and electrical as well as asbestos removal, drywall and tiling - Amir had to troubleshoot a number of unexpected challenges. He was very good at communicating issues and options for solutions with me throughout, which I very much appreciated. I look forward to working with Amir again on another upcoming project!

I hired Amir to do a flooring and painting renovation which was very time sensitive. He was a week late starting. The first day he showed up with his flooring guys and they just argued with one another speaking in Farsi. Amir came back in to let me know the guys wanted more money. Amir then said sorry and left. I got very nervous about dealing with Amir after this time. As I was listing my house for sale in 2 weeks, I could not waste anymore time with Coastal Eco Construction. The company says there is a 7 day full money back guarantee. It took about 10 days to get some of my deposit money back from Amir. Amir kept the rest of my money even though there is a full refund policy. He continually argues with me over the money when i try to contact him. Don't trust Amir with your money as he is an unprofessional contractor and a thief.
