I had a very pleasant experience at reitmans last week especially service provided by Yasmeen. She was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. I would have bought more products if I was not in hurry. Because of her services I will visit the store again.

We have been a loyal customer since we arrive here at PEI. But yesterday, around 1-2pm, we had an unfortunate experience at this store. The female staff member at Reitmans was extremely rude and unpleasant—absolutely unacceptable. Her behaviour came across as disrespectful and racist, and I believe her name might be Karen.

I really love to shop at this place but one employee was very rude she do not know how to talk with customers if you ask her sizes or may be in stock she said check online she is not wanna help i guess Last week i bought something to return she made comments it does look good on everyone as we seen in pictures

I love love love this store. Since I found this store 99% of my clothes are from here, either if you want something for outdoor or yoga or the gym or you want a night out dress or something in between they have it all. AMAZING staff, they are super super friendly, it’s my favorite place to go. Their recommendations are always good too.
