Sarah Grielens in the registrar’s office at Terrace made my journey smooth. She was always there to help whenever needed. I got all my credits transferred with her guidance, she made me got some approvals for some of them from Dean. She was so prompt to reply each time, the best person to deal with 🙃🙃🙃🙃

The program I'm in is great all around. The instructors care a lot about what they do and are passionate about it. However the dorms are not so great. Especially when you like privacy. They put you into an apartment style dorm with roommates. They do not give you an option for a single room which they do have. The new upgraded building is beautiful, but the planning of it was not so great. The rooms themselves are very tiny with no ventilation. The common area is also quite small. Especially when you have to share it with two other people. Cleanliness also doesn't seem to be a priority. As there was rotten food sitting on the counters in the room they moved me into. Nothing was said to the other tenants that were already occupying it. The shared kitchen refrigerator was also disgusting. Full of expired and rotting food. There is only one laundry room in the whole building. Which is 3 stories and about 5 wings all together. Also there is no parking available for the dorms. So you have to walk back and forth across campus anytime you need to go anywhere. I did not enjoy my stay here.

Beware of unaccredited certificates they put together. Make sure the education you are paying for is accredited and will actually get you a job!
