We had some shirts done a few months back. It took them several attempts to get it right but when they finally did, they looked pretty good. Then we needed a couple jackets done. We figured since we had used them before and they already had our logo, it should be a fairly simple and quick job for them. We dropped the 2 jackets off and asked them to please put the logo on them. A few days later we received an email from Katrina asking us what we wanted done. We emailed her back and asked her to put the logo on them in the same place as the shirts. A week later we received another email from Katrina stating she hadn't heard from us. We emailed again and also called. No one answers the phone, EVER! We sent 3 emails and left 5 voicemails. I finally went into the shop and asked what the status was of our jackets. The guy took my info down and said he would have Katrina call me. She did call about an hour later. Katrina proceeded to inform me that she hadn't heard from us. I asked her if there was a problem with her email or if she ever checks her voicemail. Then she informed me that there is a minimum of 12 items otherwise we would be charged $15 per jacket! No one ever told us about a minimum. After 4 weeks of trying to reach them with no response, Katrina blamed us for not getting back to her and then did not even offer to give us a discount. We needed the jackets when it was cold, no 4 weeks later when it was 85 degrees. We have taken our business elsewhere because this company has no sense of urgency or customer service!
