Not happy. Checked on-line, opened until 5pm today (Thurs Jan 30th/25). Nope! "Closed so staff could attend an employee event. Sorry for the inconvenience" (party maybe??) I realize website may not always get updated...but really...your location which is the closest to where I live "has the absolute worst hours" Opened at 9:30am...closed at 5:00pm Tues to Thurs and closed at 3:00pm Sat's. And not open at all on Sun & Mon's. Really?? Mondays too??!! I honestly appreciate the staff. It's got nothing to do with them (however they must LOVE their work shifts) Coast Capital, I've been a member for over 30 years...get with the times! Believe me, if I didn't have to go in to a branch, I would just do business with the Atm and on-line period. While I'm at it, your Atm cards are terrible/always having issues when making a purchase. Merchants agree that Coast Capital cards tend to have issues when customers present them. I hope you're taking this message seriously. Another bank is looking better to me for sure. This is not just an "unfortunate experience".

Bad bad service, I have official draft to deposit, had all ID’s with official draft receipt too. They want verification from other bank ( where’s draft made from) I told them even their branch address and I offer them even to bring person into the bank with his ID who give me that draft. But they want me to go to his bank to get their direct phone line. I never heard this before and I’m banking with them more than 22 years. And just to mention, then I went to other branch and got even money back right way on those draft without asking any question.

Alright bank with friendly tellers, I gave a lower rating for how slow the services take. When I have to see a teller, it's always a minimum 30 min wait. I've never seen more than 2 tellers working during the busy times too, it's just incredibly frustrating.
