Outstanding customer service by Charles & also the rest of the team. We went to bought Seat Ibiza no doubt car is really nice. But most importantly customer service by Seat Harlow from first call until the day we picked the car service delivered by Mr Charles, I came to know by his manager that he newly hired or trainy but trust me he's is such a nice person and salute to his manager also who taught him how to deal with customer, I wish if there are 10 star, I can give him for his service, he not only deal with all of our enquiries swiftly as well as manage all paper work for us before we arrive, we hardly spend 15 minute or less and we are on our way.
