Customer experiences
On business trip and this place was shown to have highest rating for Korean fried chicken. Did not disappoint! Got the soy garlic drumsticks with fries. The drumsticks were huge, very crispy, juicy and flavorful without overly salty. Just right. The fries are the thicker kind, crispy and seasoned perfectly as well. Sorry for horrible picture as I inhaled half my fries and realized I needed a picture to give this place a great review. I’m very happy and highly recommend this place to everyone.
We went to CM Chicken for the first time today because my brother said they had the best chicken he'd ever had, and he wasn't wrong. It doesn't matter what you order, everything is fresh and delicious. Quickly made to order and brought right to your table. Everyone was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We all give CM Chicken and A+
CM Chicken delivers an incredible Korean-inspired spin on fried chicken. Each piece is fried to perfection with a golden, crunchy exterior and juicy, tender meat. The sauces, while a bit sweet, perfectly balance savory and sweet flavors, making every bite irresistible. I can’t wait to return and try their spicy selections. If you haven’t been yet, check them out—you won’t regret it!
Needs new management immediately. The lady was absolutely rude and raised her voice! She did not say anything when we were leaving. Her attitude was like “why are you here?” when we walked in. This is a big chain in Korea so I was excited to try it. In fact, this was my first pit stop in Knoxville. I regret choosing to go there. Unfortunately, we will never be returning due to poor service. The chicken is on the smaller size compared to Bonchon and BBQ ( Korean chicken franchises). It also does not include any complementary small side of radish. They also do not offer gloves. Your hands will get sticky from the sauce. On the good side, the batter was light, crispy, and juicy meat.
CM Chicken Knoxville is a halal restaurant.
