Ian is very professional and keeps you informed as to the progress of the work being done. He organized our carpets being replaced in our entire basement including the stairs. He trimmed several doors so that the carpet wasn't hindering them. He also fixed an issue with our dishwasher insert that was created years ago by someone else. He is very knowledgeable and gives you a good price for the work he does. He also keeps communication lines open if you have questions or concerns. We recommend him highly.
