Horrible customer service. Do not rent from this property management company. We were pressured into signing a lease for student housing due to time running out. This company misrepresented a property, once we viewed after receiving keys we walked into a home that smelled of animal urine, dusty kitchen cabinets with dead bugs and a Christmas tree in August. Margaret Fraser refused to refund my one months rent and deposit saying a signed a lease even though she lied about the condition of the home. Do not rent 1105 Thompson in Tuskegee. And what’s worst are the owners Tiffany Mclemore Welch and Jamie Welch who lied and said they would handle the situation but decided not to refund me. They kept my $750 Eventhough i will not be living there. They are money hungry and will do anything to scam hard working people out of their money. Thanks for making my experience of supporting black business a great one.
