I had a great experience shopping at Clothes Mentor in Reno while I was in town on business travel. I’m a guy shopping for my fiancée, and the sales associate was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She took the time to help me find a beautiful dress and even helped me pick out a Coach bag that I think my fiancée is going to absolutely love. I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for when I walked in, but the staff made the whole experience easy and comfortable. The store was well organized, the quality of the items was impressive, and the customer service really stood out. If you’re traveling through Reno or live in the area and want high-quality clothing at great prices with friendly, helpful staff, I highly recommend stopping by.

I dropped off authentic designer shoes and received a text saying the item was “ready" which made it sound like an actual offer had been completed. Instead, when I arrived on 12/9 at 12pm the employee asked how much I wanted for them, so the message was completely misleading. Then I was offered $34 for authentic, excellent-condition designer shoes. Far below what I expected, especially for a store that claims to take and value designer items. The staff seemed unprepared, the process was unprofessional. I would not recommend any higher-end items to be taken here.

Awful ! They never answer the store phone, it’s nearly impossible to purchase anything from the store. What’s the point of posting items on your social media, If when people call to purchase the items you’re not going answer the phone. Just get rid of all your social media accounts and focus on in-store sales only.

What in the heck took me so long to come here? From the moment we walked in everyone was so friendly and even brought us a cart. The quality of clothes and the pricing .. I was blown away! For someone who hates to shop and is above and beyond frugal .. 10 stars out of 5! And I have to say the lady they are talking about.in a negative way ... I am not sure what your experience was but she treated me with the upmost respect. I can understand people feeling a certain way but when they don’t buy something it’s not personal and I don’t think it’s fair to leave a negative review about someone based off it. I will refer this company to everyone who asks.
