We just completed a roof replacement with Cloteaux Roofing and Construction and were completely satisfied with the whole process and results. Kenneth Darbonne did an excellent job of inspecting our existing roof and worked diligently with our insurance company on the wind damage claim. He also did a great job helping us select a new roof system as well as the planning and implementation phase. Kenneth Baudoin was onsite all two days and was very conscientious making sure all work was done right. We would highly recommend them.

Cloteaux Construction is top notch. I had an older roof that sustained some wind damage and it was very questionable as to whether my insurance would cover it. Ian Romero from Cloteaux managed my job and handled virtually all of that for me. He conducted his own inspection, coordinated with my insurance company, and even escorted the adjuster around my roof to show them the issues that he had observed. Thanks to Ian, my insurance company approved me for a full roof replacement and it required very little communication between them and myself. The roof replacement was very efficient, and Ian was on site every single day ensuring that the work was done properly and to my satisfaction. During the job, workers discovered several pieces of rotten decking that needed replacement (as well as a couple of other issues). Ian coordinated with my insurance company to get that covered with no out-of-pocket cost to me. He even came by on a Saturday to perform a final check for nails and debris, and to make sure that I was completely satisfied with everything. This was a quality job that was done professionally and was well managed from start to finish. I’m 100% satisfied with the job that Cloteaux Construction did with my roof replacement. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work.
