Their ambience was ok. Their management was very bad. You need to do everything by yourself. Their is no one to help you. There is very less staff and and in the middle of that they go to eat snacks. There is no one at the counter unless you call someone. Overall I did not like it.

Very popular online shop for ladies. Their dresses are unique. Import from India, Pakistan. But prices are costly. Sometimes low price offer( that are actual prices) and ladies are tumbling over to buy those. There sense of selling good no doubt.

Very disappointing service. This is a long review please keep patience & read.Their management was very very bad. On 9th march I ordered 2 dresses,1 from the website and 1over the phone. They send me the invoice and confirmation email.They said to me parcel will be deliver 11/12 march. Curiously on 11th march i tried to check the delivery status with the tracking number. I saw my order was canceled. I tried to call them and text them. They text me back and said they called the given number which i gave as a contact number, no one received the call that’s why they canceled the order. But the funny things is we didn’t get any call from them. Anyway my sister went their showroom at uttara branch if there was available the product then she will buy. Again they said same thing. When my sister show her mobile that she didn’t get any missed call from their number. Then they said this product was out of stock but we can check to warehouse. In the mean time my sister got message from the closet cloud regarding payment details invoice and i got same thing to my email.After few minutes one person came and give the products. She bought the dresses. Directly gave the dress to my tailor from the shop because this is a Eid season. My tailor check and said this dress is torn from the front side embroidery and they did rafu with the exact dress colour thread. Can you imagine when you buy a Zara Shahjahan & Rang rasia dress from the popular shop with the lot of hassel after that you got torn dress from them how you feel? Now everyone will be ask when you bought why you didn’t check? My sister tried to check but they were very hurry and showed the panels very fast fast.My sister trust them and think they will not sell defected products that’s why she was not checked second time.Not excepted this kind of service from this kind of popular shop. Next time i will not buy anything from this shop. I will suggest to everyone when you buy anything from this shop please check properly with time. Don’t trust them like a blind like us.
