Been putting off going to the dentist for far too long, then this clinic was recommended to me. Absolutely friendly and understanding staff. I did not feel judged at all for my past decisions. They asked me what my goals were (for my teeth), I told them, and we've been working towards that for the past 3 visits. I also love that they take care of submitting everything to the insurance company. You pay the full amount after your visit, and (depending on your insurance company) receive your insurance refund a couple days later. Nothing to do on my part. Will definitely visit again!

I initially had a misunderstanding with the dentist regarding a charge that I wasn't expecting. However, after speaking with them, they quickly addressed the issue and offered to look into the unforeseen charge. They also assured me that they are committed to preventing similar situations in the future, which I truly appreciate. I feel bad for not talking to them first before leaving a negative review, as I was very frustrated at the time. Their effort to resolve the issue was commendable, and I appreciate their willingness to make things right.

They charge reasonable rates, so my insurance never flags me, which gives me peace of mind. I don’t hate going to the dentist like I used to when I was younger. They actually brighten my day.
