Worst experience so far I had with a dentist. First appointment was a cleaning, and the assistant was professional. The second appointment I asked the assistant for a mirror to see what tooth they were working on, and she was rude, asking why I needed it and refusing to give me one. After the treatment, I asked to rinse my mouth, but the dentist told me to swallow its my own spit, which was completely unprofessional and disgusting. During my third appointment, the dentist worked on teeth that were fine instead of treating the one that actually needed fixing. Midway through, they said the cavity was worse than expected. They also worked on my two front teeth but left a visible hole unfilled, which I only noticed after I got home. I ended up closing my file and stop treatment with them even though my two front teeth still had holes left unfilled. I will call them to fix my two front tooth else I will get legal action. And I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Called to get information on Invisalign and I politely asked for the information and all I got was a rude pardon! I then asked politely if they spoke English and all i got was a simple no with nothing after. I understand this is Québec being rude is unnecessary. I wouldn't recommend this place based on customer service.
