We had an excellent experience with this dental clinic today. I had to bring my 5 year-old son and even him had enjoyed the procedure. From the staff to the dentist, everyone was really nice. We have another appointment and my child is looking forward to it.

Due to COVID and moving, I haven't been able to get to the dentist for almost 2 years! I had my first appointment and cleaning today at Clinique Dentaire De Hull and both the dental hygienist and Dr. Camille Philippe-Picard were excellent! They informed me about preventative measures rather than suggesting unnecessary treatments, and my teeth are now perfectly clean. Thank you for a great first experience!

I love this office. They are very genuine and concerned about their patients. They don't waste a person's time by giving useless treatments. For me I got my infection back so they said they will give a prescription again and make the arrangements with the specialist for me. I like them will recommend any time.

Worse experience I have ever had. I am out of word to describe the humiliating way the receptionist treated me. I waited two months to be told today that they could not take any new patient. I could have had my problem fixed at another dental clinic but this clinic had already gave me a date which was today. I called today hours before my appointment and the receptionist said she would call me back which she did not. I called an hour later and she said " oh well we can not take any new patient. bye". lol my appointment was today. The lack of care, the humiliation and disrespectful way I have been treated boggles my mind because I booked the appointment about two months ago and had called three weeks ago to make sure I got the date right and marked it in my calendar. I do not understand. Oh well, I would say go to another clinic because this one might have you wait and then, cancel last minute because they are busy I guess lol. At least, that is my experience with them. Sorry if there's any typos. I am a bit emotional because I do not understand why I deserved this treatment.
