I had an amazing experience ordering my cat’s medication with this pharmacy. I live in Toronto and they are based in Burlington, but they managed to deliver on the very same day I placed my order. Payment was easy through e-transfer, and the process of sending the vet prescription was smooth and simple. What impressed me the most was the level of care,they even called me afterwards to check how my cat, Boony, was doing with the medication. Truly supportive, professional, and attentive service. Our kitten was diagnosed with FIP and we needed an obscure treatment not available elsewhere. Clearpoint Pharmacy coordinated with our vet to get it compounded and the chicken flavour made it easy to get our kitten to take it. Shipping was fast and everyone we spoke to was friendly and polite.

Found out about this place when my kitten was diagnosed with FIP. They dispensed the much needed medication for a third of the cost of the vet with a simple phone call. They received my prescription around 1pm and I had the meds at 10pm. Amazing. They answered all the questions that I had and even called to check in today, two weeks later. Highly recommended.
