Nick was such an incredible help to my husband and I during our house hunt!! We were looking at older homes so his knowledge in renovation work and home maintenance helped us immensely! Staging was done very well. Loved their style! It looked beautiful. Reasonably priced. Having the realtor having renovation experience was very helpful and they provided great advice and suggestions. They knew what was important and what wasn’t.Very reassuring. Very efficient process from the staging through the open house and the multiple offers. We received very good offers and were happy with the final price. Their communication was very good. Honest and upfront. Not pushy, and they were patient and cooperative with me. Clear, concise, never rushed me, and I felt heard and acknowledged. Very good selling strategies and recommendations. They seemed to know the market and Edmonton very well.
