I went to this place back in March maybe and I had a very bad experience! I was messaging the sales man all day long and then he had me come up there I got there gave them my keys and the manager just looked at my car for 5 minutes came back and was very rude! My car had hail damage on it and a cracked window but he wouldn’t even get my SSN or anything they didn’t even know who I was but already made their minds up when they saw me. He didn’t want to buy my car and was asking for me to buy another one and not do a trade in… who would even do that??? No I don’t want two car payments.. I left because the manager was very rude about it. I went to bob Howard Chevy last month and they bought my car with the damage and gave me a good deal and the car I wanted! They met everyone of my needs everyone there was very nice as soon as we walked in! I do not recommended Lawton Chevy dealership go to the city! This is what my car looked like. I do not smoke cigs or anything in it and I took care of it.

I had my car serviced here on December 31, 2025. While I was waiting to have my oil changed, I received an email listing some other issues. One of those issues confused me, because it said I needed a new battery. When the service employee came to speak to me he explained that the service tech saw a message pop up on the dash that said "reduced power." I declined to have the battery replaced, but when they brought my car back around so I could pay and leave I asked if they could show me the message that popped up. The message that popped up was "forward collision system reduced." That always pops up because I changed the settings on the collision detection system. The message had nothing to do with power and didn’t even have the word power in it. When I explained that to the employee who was helping me he said that they just saw reduced power and figured it was the battery. I was so angry I just said thank you, paid, and left. Why would I pay to have my car fixed at a dealership when your employees can't be bothered to read a sentence fragment and then try to sell me a +$300 battery I don't need? What I gathered from that experience is that your employees are either lazy, willfully ignorant, unscrupulous, or a combination of the three.

The customer service of Sean, was phenomenal! The response to my vehicle and a warranty was awesome, quick and efficient turnaround!!! They go above and beyond a car dealership. They also have a shuttle for a convenient pick up when your vehicle is being worked on.

I am BEYOND FURIOUS with my experience at Classic Lawton Chevrolet. On June 7th, I came in to explore a trade-in. While test-driving a vehicle with their team, MY CAR, which was left on THEIR lot, was DAMAGED. It was in greatt condition when I left it. This damage was not there when we went on the test drive. The moment I got back, I saw the damage. Their pathetic response? "Our security cameras aren’t working." EXCUSE ME?! A dealership of THIS size with NO WORKING CAMERAS? How convenient. And of course, NO ONE "saw" anything. The police couldn’t help because it happened on private property, leaving me with ZERO proof and these people taking ZERO responsibility. My car was damaged while under THEIR watch, and they couldn’t care less. But wait, it gets worse. They STILL had the audacity to pressure me to continue with the trade-in, acting like the damage "wouldn’t affect the value." THEN they had the absolute NERVE to ask for MORE MONEY for a down payment. Are you kidding me? I brought in my car in great shape, left it on YOUR lot, and now I’m supposed to just eat the cost of damage YOU let happen? Now I’m stuck with a damaged car, financial stress, and no accountability from anyone at this joke of a dealership. I reached out to the owner & of course, NO response. I guess ignoring customers is part of the business model here. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. A dealership of this size should have BASIC security measures, integrity, and the decency to take responsibility when they screw up. Instead, I was treated like my concerns didn’t matter at all. DO NOT trust them with your car. DO NOT trust them with your business. You’ll regret it just like I do.
