I had two outrageously disappointing experiences with United Furniture 1. They refused to accept returns even a day or to after the purchase and few days before the delivery!!!! 2. The kids’ bed I bought got damaged within an hour of installation due to its incredibly low quality. After filing a complaint, they promised to come and inspect it, but no one showed up. Upon following up, they told me that the items already checked during delivery, without bothering to update me! This will unquestionably be my final experience with United Furniture.

Just went their few days back during a casual walk in IBN Batuta mall. Their selections are much lesser than other similar shops and not of my flavour. Didn't bought anything so I cannot comment on the quality.

Very disappointing experience I bought an antique set of 3 pieces ; chest of drawers, a TV bench, and a medium coffee table for AED 4450 three years ago. Since then, these pieces have developed mold and fungi. Despite trying to fix the issue by wiping them with water and vinegar as advised by an expert, the problem kept recurring. Interestingly, none of my other furniture developed mold, indicating that the wood in these pieces was not properly treated in the manufactoring process. The situation has worsened as the mold has started spreading to other organic materials in the house, such as bags and shoes. Additionally, I purchased a dining set from United, and the chairs turned out to be very weak, with the legs becoming wobbly after a short time. When I contacted customer service, they refused to check, repair, refund, or provide a credit note, claiming they had no responsibility after one or two years of purchase. I explained that it was a manufacturing defect, not misuse, which, surprisingly, they acknowledged but still refused to help, stating that complaints couldn't be filed with the supplier after two years. I emphasized that this is a hygiene issue and argued against disposing of furniture after just two years, but they still declined to assist. Horrible experience, really. After my first review they posted that they are sorry for my experience and asked me to send them an email with details, which I did. Then I waited for more than two weeks without any response. They really don’t care about their customers or their reputation.
