I recommend this company for any rental needs. I just rented a few items from them and even though the coffee maker didn’t work, the manager was very nice about it and refunded me the money for that item plus the items I was going to use to serve the coffee; without me having to request the refund for this items. They were honest, something hard to find this days. The gentleman answering the phone could be more pleasant.

When we first rented from this company 6 years go, it would have been a 5 star review. We have used this company for two grad parties and had completely different experiences. My first was excellent. The second, not even close. 6 years ago crisp clean tent with sides, tables & chairs were delivered. This year a dingy, patched tent in multiple places, sides that had broken & missing connectors, one side had been cleaned but had mold stains. The tables & chairs dirty beyond cleaning, the tables also had old duct tape stuck to them & the chairs rust spots. The smaller tent stakes broken so they did not hold the ropes. Traci was the only good thing of our experience & responded swiftly & apologetically upon our complaint, but that was the extent of it.

We are getting married in the Des Moines area and reached out for tables/linens/chair rental and were open to renting other equipment, so it would have been a great opportunity/sale for them. Left a few voicemails and filled out a request online and never heard back before finally speaking to someone on the phone to get a quote. When we received the quote, there was not only setup/teardown fees but an additional $350 for "long haul" set up because the tables were on the other side of the building. It felt very steep, but I could understand a little bit with the work to haul tables. They also charged $1,000 for "off hours work". I'm not sure how a wedding event rentals company would consider a Saturday wedding off hours, and if that's the case everything outside of a weekday lunch would qualify as off hours. We likely would've purchased without these charges. The wedding is in Des Moines so not a long trip for them, but considering 20% of the quote were these additional charges it was a major turnoff.

increased their prices from their website by about 2x. When i inquired about their competitors pricing and asked for them to match it, they said they had bought them out 3 years ago and they would cancel my order. Just called the other placed I booked with and they had no idea what they were talking about, just lying or unaware of what company they bought out 3 years ago. Honestly, scammy vibes from these people. Unpleasant to work with to say the least.
