What a great first experience! Dr. Uppal was super attentive and easygoing. I’ve had the same optometrist for over 25 years—this was a big step for me, and I’m so glad I took it. Surprisingly, he modified my prescription to a lower power and this is the best I’ve seen in years. Wonderful support staff, too. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic place. My first eye exam with them last week, and I was comfortable the whole way through. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and Dr. Sandhu was kind, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions and concerns. 100% recommend this office.

Friendly staff. Personable and thorough doctors. Our appointment was on time in comparison to 45 minutes to an hour late at our old doctor's office. We did not feel rushed during the appointment. It was truly refreshing not to feel like another patient on a medical conveyor belt.

I walked in on a Saturday morning as I was unable to get my contact out of my eye from the night before and had to sleep in it and my eye was irritated and red. They had given me these contacts just a week or two before. I was on my way to the emergency clinic. When I realized that the doctor I had seen here was opened as early as 8:30. So being only two miles away, I rushed up there to see if they could help me get it out. I was quite concerned. I waited as she had two other customers in front of me. When one of the customers said to the reception is, could you wait on this lady? I can wait a bit longer .As I approached the receptionist and explained I was in a bit of a panic because I couldn't get this contact out of my eye. She truly didn't seem at all concerned about it as she looked up my name. Without any reservation, she just stated it would be $165.00 dollars just to get a contact out of my eyes which would take all of two minutes. She was more concerned about the money then she was about my condition. Simply put, it is all about the money these days instead of truly taking care of your customer. I said I would go to the emergency clinic and thank you for caring and walked out. She didn't try to put me at ease and she didn't try to comfort me. The art of true customership is gone once again and of just trying to help people namely your own clients I of course will not be back due to the fact it was this eye doctor who gave me the contacts that don't work for my eyes.
