Response to feedback from Clark Group below. ------ Yes, I understand that you allow for direct payment from the bank, that's how we ended up making payments after you adjusted your fees for credit card usage. Though the fees might come from the payment processor, your group decided to work with them. Previously, you did not charge us such a high fee, it was much more manageable as a flat fee. I guess I just hoped you would have found a way to keep it that way, find a different provider, or absorb the cost with your customers to make it more manageable. You're a very profitable company and it would have been nice to see some successions there. I understand that's not your business model though. --------- Original post. ---------- Working with the Clark group in a time of need. Our home suffered 15 burst pipes during the 2024 ice storm. After fighting with our insurance company for months, they finally put us in touch with the housing specialist. The housing specialist could do nothing for us As all short term rentals had already been occupied. We tried with the housing specialist for two months and came up empty-handed. In walk Liz Richardson from the Clark group to save the day. They not only helped us get into a wonderful home for our family, that was safe, and relatively close to our school district zone, but she helped us negotiate, renting their furniture as well to minimize the impact on us moving in the middle of a school year. On top of the smooth and easy application process, they were also on top of any repairs that needed to be made while living in the house. They were communicative and always available. I would work with the Clark group again. Though I do wish they will allow you to pay rent with a credit card and not charge such a high fee for it. I know they’re trying to cover their costs, but it makes it inconvenient when renting high-end properties. Everything else is five-star Stamp of approval!!

I've worked with Clark Group Property Management for nearly 2 years. I've also referred clients of mine to Alex & his team. They are experts in their field & do a great job of handling the logistics & legalities so I can focus my attention elsewhere. It's so nice to know that my investment property is being taken care of. There was a time I was willing to handle the process of finding & screening new tenants. But with laws changing frequently I decided it would be well worth the investment to hire specialists who stay up to date on all of that info as well as being quick to respond if one of my tenants needs assistance. I highly recommend them if you're seeking a great property management company.
