Jose Jianni GalarzaCame in today for a tool cart and although I had a silly request to put a tool cart that seemed too big to fit in my small car, sam remained professional and still offered to assist me. We removed it out of the box and Sam went above and beyond, kept his professionalism, was patient, and offered a solution even when the other employees were laughing at me when i insisted to put it in my car. 5 stars!!!
Yajayraaanever had a problem with any cashier EVER, this cashier had a nasty ass face as soon as we walked in and when we asked her if we can return a generator she gives us attitude while telling us we have to bring it in with no gas and then she asked us what kind of generator it was and she has the receipt so we tell her and she gets mad and goes” lord”, terrible service, and not the first time she’s given us attitude ( first time we came she had a irritated face while looking at us while her coworker assisted us)
Allen BaumgarteStore manager, Sam, refused to accept my return. Made me call corporate right there in the store and have them look up the purchase and assist instead. He insinuated I was lying and that I was trying to run a scam. Fortunately, corporate was apologetic and understanding, helping me not only with the return but also to file a formal complaint. While I was working through this with corporate, Sam left the building and shook his head at me on the way out. I guess he couldn't be bothered on his way to lunch. I was just going to exchange for a larger one, but instead took the refund so I can purchase elsewhere. Now I understand why this location seemed so different than other stores. Harbor Freight may want to reevaluate hiring practices given today's competitive market.
Bel. Sat.Place has very cheap and not professional tools .if that's what you are looking for... this is the right place . The tools are good for 1 or 2 uses. They will break and you can buy another one because they are supposed to be unexpensive but you end up wasting more money.
