The spout in the tub was leaking and found out it was from the tap and needed replacement . I cannot say enough about the guy that did the work. He was great But he was not able to give me any quote for the work and ended up costing over 900. Dollars. I probably would not use this company again for that reason. At the point the intial cost for house call was 170 alone

Excellent drain cleaning and plumbing job done today. Realized now that I dint get the guy's name, but I know that this tall white guy's grandfather's name is ROY based on the tatoo on his arm. To whoever reads this at CJ's Plumbing, please pass my praise for him to the team :D . He's polite, knows the job, and is a hard worker. Would definitely recommend CJ's coz of him.

I hate leaving negative review but I feel like I need to share my experience dealing with CJ's Express. We had them come in to install some new plumbing lines for a multiple bathroom renovation. Ed did not show up to our first consultation and was 30 mins late to our second one. I could only seem to get a hold of Ed, when I would send emails to the office since I would not hear from him directly. Once the work started we realized that they refused to install any fixtures that was not their own. I do not blame them for this as I should have been clear with them when they came out originally. However when they were there one of the guys wen through the drywall and Ed refused to work with me at all on this. The subfloor was removed just where they were working and he proceeded to blame us for not having sheets for them to stand on. There was 2ft strip removed in the entire bathroom (because they needed to work in the area). The plumber who came out were polite and easy to talk to but we ended up having to replace most of the work they did when we brought tin another company. All in all this was a bad experience and would not recommend them. I can not speak to their repair services but avoid using this company for any renovation work.
