visited City View Physio & Rehab to address my Back pain. The initial consultation was thorough, and the therapist demonstrated a solid understanding of my concerns. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on posture correction and core-strengthening strategies. While the therapy sessions were generally effective, there were instances where I felt the appointments were somewhat rushed. More individualized attention during the exercises would have enhanced the overall experience. That said, the therapist provided useful guidance for home-based exercises, which contributed to noticeable improvements after five sessions. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and equipped with up-to-date facilities. With slight adjustments in client engagement during sessions, City Physiotherapy & Rehab has the potential to offer an exceptional standard of care.
