CCM are really quick and reliable! They keep you in the loop with updates, they tell you if they run into any issues or if earlier appointments become available which helps speed the job up, and provide really good details run down of the job once completed, so you understand where the money is spent, rather than some companies which just say 'job complete' and you wonder what the actual issue was! Linda in the office is helpful and quick to respond/action emails, and the guys who complete the work are polite and complete jobs to high standards! :)
