This hotel is in a great location, but that's about all that can be said for it! DO NOT stay here if you are looking for a good nights sleep. The mattresses are horrible! We stayed in a room with two double beds and both of the mattresses were at least 30 years old, very uncomfortable and made terrible noises anytime one of us moved around. The bedding was probably the same age. Not good! We were booked for two nights, so before we left for our event to return that night, we asked the person working at the desk to check the mattresses and switch them out or give us a different room. Needless to say, nothing was done. There were many other things that weren't up to snuff, but a good nights sleep was the most important to us... which we didn't get.

We stayed for a week. Checking in and out was easy and fast. Staff is super nice and extremely helpful. I travelled with my 83 yr old mother who has Parkinson's. I got assistance and service with anything I/we needed at any given time during our stay. Would stay again and would recommend. Cost efficient and it made our stay in Normal Illinois affordable. Building is older. But that's normal. There is no continental breakfast but there is morning coffee and decaf in the breakfast room and there is apple juice and granola bars daily. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. We used them every day. Couldn't figure out the smart TV though.... An instructions sheet would have helped me/us. We had some minor issues but the staff helped us promptly with each one without any problems. Would stay again and would recommend.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! I would give it zero stars if I could! This hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING! the walls are covered in stains/mystery substances like they haven’t been cleaned in years, so much dust and garbage under their beds, the floor felt so disgusting and damp I wouldn’t even take my shoes off, my daughter wouldn’t even go under the blankets in the bed because she was terrified of bed bugs, and don’t get me started on the HORRIBLE smell! I didn’t feel safe staying here with my kids and ended up leaving at 10pm and going to a different hotel. Creepy guy sitting in his truck for hours was definitely dealing drugs in the parking lot, Smoke detectors clearly don’t work as there is a very visible cloud of smoke in the hallways. Moldy and run down. Shame that Wyndham allows their hotel to look like this. Health department should take a stroll through this hotel.

I am fine with the room , I looked up the room on my phone and it was 67.00 per night pay at hotel . I got charged 100.00 plus tax . Not very good business practices. Felt like I got taken advantage of. I didn't try to book it online . Just looked up prices for this hotel. And nevermind my whole floor smells like weed . Unfortunate
