I've lived close by for years and can't believe I missed this lovely yarn shop. I popped in yesterday for a browse (ended up with two new yarns and some cute stitch markers!). The shop is wonderful, incredibly well stocked with a wide range of yarn types and prices, as well as all the associated tools and accessories for purchase. The two women in there were lovely and it feels like a real part of the Bournville community hub; bonus was the adorable Frankie! Can't wait to come back and visit again!

Wonderful craft and knitting shop in Birmingham. Plenty of yarn to choose from and when I visited there was a special on some acrylic perfect for my blanket project. I found the staff very friendly and welcoming so I am not quite sure how the negative reviews listed for here came to be. There is a nice range of patterns available and a great choice for men's knitting which is quite rare! Approximately 10 pound cab fare from the city but well worth the trip. Be sure to stop for a tea at the cafe on the corner as well.

the owners are really lovely- we are super lucky to have a yarn shop in this area near Selly Oak and UoB, and especially one so welcoming and kind! The selection of yarn is good too because it covers a range of price points quite well
