I start this review with great accolades for Austin Morris at Christian Brothers Roofing. My roof needed to definitely be replaced at a time when all the horrible weather, storms, hail, tornado's were all taking place. It was difficult to get someone just to come out and look. My Agent, Derek Carlton recommended roofers. Austin immediately returned my call, set up an appointment the next evening, arriving on time. I was very apprehensive, due to the disastrous work on my house by other so called professionals, doing terrible jobs or incomplete work Eventually having to get someone else to complete at an added expense. Some never returned. Austin was very easy and pleasant to talk to about problems at hand and understood all my concerns. He went up on my roof to access for himself, even though it was late, making me feel he cared. He took his time, explained he would send the assessment immediately. I received the very next day the assessment along with a follow-up call to ask if there were any questions or concerns. The workers were there at the appointed start and finish time. Work was professionally done, clean-up and waste hauled away. Justin handled everything for me, insurance and all. I knew he was very busy from the storms, but he was always pleasant and courteous with a smile. I am happy with the new roof and color, especially Austin's hard work. Christian Bros was recommended by several co workers. I gave them a call and within a month everything from insurance adjustment to new roof was complete. Communication and explanation were polite and timely. Great company to work with, they took the costumers needs into account and pricing was fair. House was roofed in one day with spectacular cleanup. Attention to detail was awesome with the flashing around the chimney and roof vents.
