I was in the Greenville area for a graduation and my car wouldn’t start. I called Mason & Sons Tire & Automotive and spoke with Bailey. He assured me that if I got my car towed to their site, they could take care of it. They immediately diagnosed the problem once the car arrived and repaired it. To top it off, afterwards they washed my car!!! I found them to be very professional, honest, & friendly. They were accurate in their diagnosis and did a thorough job. The repair was done in a timely manner (same day service)! They were efficient and provided prompt service. The product they repaired my car with has a 3 year warranty. I would definitely recommend their shop!

Great auto-shop would 10/10 recommend. They were extremely communicative in how they diagnose problems and go about resolving them. They figured out what was wrong with my car quickly and called me to discuss the game plan. They explained the issue in a way that helped me understand and broke down the cost of the repair before hand so there were no surprises. They even washed and detailed my car! Overall a very wholesome experience I am very happy I took my vehicle here.
