I wrote this review after eating here on Sun night. However, the owner replied saying to was a false accusation because I compared it to another restaurant. So I gather he really doesn't like negative comments and people are not allowed to compare places. I also noticed that the owner does this for a lot of people who leave bad comments. He should learn to accept that if a customer has a bad experience then they should be able to leave a bad comment. I 100% did not make any false accusations and left my opinion of my experience there. "The food was awful. They egg rolls seemed like they were only have cooked. The entrees containing meat pretty much had no meat. The selection of food items was very small. As for the price it seemed high for the quality amount of dishes they offer. I can honestly say that this was my one and only visit to this place. They cannot even come close in comparison to The Noodle House buffet who offer a wider selection of dishes at less cost."

My wife and I ate at the China Gardens and had the buffet. The price was very reasonable. The buffet is not extensive but all the essentials were there and every item was fresh and delicious. The lemon chicken and garlic spareribs were my favourite. Both were tender and packed with flavour. The egg rolls were excellent. The staff attended to our needs in a friendly and efficient manner. I highly recommend this spot if you like good quality Chinese Food.

We checked out the buffet for the first time. It’s a smaller buffet, but has all the main items. Food was fresh and delicious! The young man we had as our waiter was wonderful. Working hard even with a broken wrist! Very kind and friendly. One suggestion I have would be to have wet naps! Myself and several others had asked but there was no option. Came in after seeing new owners took over. Place looked very nice. Not many there but a few waiting for pick up orders. Waitress showed us to a table They took our order and egg rolls came out in few minutes which is the norm. Then we waited and waited. 3 people came in and they were seated and their order was taken. Lo and behold their order came up before ours. And the people waiting for their take out orders were still waiting. I heard one woman say she ordered at 4 to have it ready for pick up at 530 and this was 550 by then and no order No covers on any plum sauce containers. My wife pointed out to the waitress that flys were landing on the one on table beside us and instead of taking it away she left it there. Sweet and sour chicken balls were huge but very small amount of meat inside. And the balls were somewhat crusty to bite into. My wife had fried rice that had a burnt taste to it. The waitress’s seemed very inexperienced which I guess seems to be the norm but they were pleasant. But owners should have made sure to be there themselves or have someone with experience working to over see that things are going right. Pictures of rice and chicken balls is what my wife left as she couldn’t eat it.
