We recently had our roof replaced. Jodi was very helpful in explaining the quote and the work that would be done and the timeline. Albert and his crew did an awesome job. They were very hard working and friendly. The site was cleaned up at the end of each day. Dave came by after the job was done for a final inspection and picked up the remaining materials. We would definitely recommend Chilliwack Roofing to anyone needing a replacement. On a side note – we were told about a couple of issues (that we were unaware of) that needed to be fixed to prevent any further damage if we were not able to proceed with a replacement this year. We thought that was very professional and showed they cared about preserving the integrity of our roof. Thank you Jodi, Stephanie, Dave, Albert and crew – it was a great experience.

We had Chilliwack Roofing replace our roof, as well as incorporating additional vents for our bathroom fans that were not directly vented outside. The whole crew did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! We are so pleased with the end result and recommend Chilliwack Roofing to anyone looking to get their roof done.

Reroofing of our complex started a month early with two days notice, which resulted in request for payment early as well. The threat of rising costs due to coming "tariffs" was used as a sales tactic. Equipment was plugged into my power for multiple days without permission right at my back door, creating all day stress for my dog with the continuous noisy equipment running right outside our patio/dinning/living room door. I've collected the large sheets of very sharp metal that damaged my gardens when they flew off the roof and landed where the wind took them and were just left. I continue to collect handfuls of the small pieces of razor sharp bits of metal and continue to collect the rusty nails that will continue to litter both my front and back yards for years to come. My kids can't safely walk outside without shoes on now and the pad of my dog's foot has been cut. Tires have been flattened from driving in our complex even a month after the roof is complete. Overall really crappy experience.
