Jonathan EichorstThis location proves to have very little to offer. I have been in the store a few times as its location is convenient. However, invariably I walk out empty handed and have to go elsewhere. Unless your needs are very basic, save time and go elsewhere. The Ace on Harlem and Cumberland is further away, but is much better.
Guillermo BerubenI walked in today. Jeff was at the counter. He welcomed me and asked me what I was looking for. Told me exactly what aisle to find it and when I ride to the aisle, another associate was already there to unlock it for me. Typically don’t leave these kind of reviews, but This is exactly why I go to Ace Hardware and not the big box. They have something called customer service. This place was well-maintained clean and I was in and out.
