Paul is a true professional and treated us like family and made sure there was no stress. His entire team from the ladies in the office to the roofers and the rest of his team, they completed the job quickly, perfectly and were super attentive on the clean up. At the end of each day, they cleaned up everywhere so well and we were so impressed. He explained everything to us and did not cut any corners to ensure his team did a great job. I highly recommend Midwest Roofing. I first worked with them for a leak in our roof from our plumbing vent. Initially had contacted a different company who did even inspect the problem just gave me some random problem. So I ended up calling Midwest Roof. Paul came out found this issue(s) and gave a very reasonable price and addressed the issue the next day. About 2 years I had a different leak and again Paul came out right away identified that the vent for the microwave nails were coming up and he fixed that. We then discussed roofing options as roof was at-least 25+ years old. Paul was very reasonable in his assessment and said the roof is pretty close to its life expectancy and should start planning for a new roof. Which we expected. The following year we called them back for an official quote for new roof and gutters. And it was very reasonable. Additionally because of the previous leaks too I was very concerned about the wood under the shingles. They said as part of the service, once the roof was stripped they were able to inspect and replace any the bad wood. With the first couple sheets of plywood included as we knew for sure that many would need to be replaced. And any additional would be an additional cost which was also reasonable. When the crew came out to do the work, it was a good sized crew. They had everything done within a day and did an excellent job cleaning up the job site when done.
