Awful experience. Never received a confirmation email after order. Placed order on the 8th, didn’t ship until the 23rd, package has been stuck in Package Acceptance Pending for almost a week now. Specifically ordered 2 days shy of a month in advance to make sure I would have my product in time for a trip. It is absolutely ludicrous that an IN STOCK domestic product takes this long to reach its destination in 2025. I’ve had packages from over seas arrive in a more timely manner. First and last time I will order anything from CKW.

The best prices I've found. Responsive, helpful, friendly customer support. A great place to buy knives and swords. If they have it in stock, you won't find a better deal.

I will never try to purchase from Chicago Knife Works again. I ordered a knife on sale and in stock, it says it takes 3 to 4 days to ship, at day 5 they told me it hasn't shipped yet. Then at day 7 the manager told me on the phone that my order was shipped and lost with hundreds of others and they were refunding my money which I'm still waiting on. I think they just didn't want to sell the product at the cheap price anymore and made up a story to cancel my order. I don't trust them and neither should you if you want to keep your money safe and your time important while still feeling like a valued customer. I do not recommend Chicago Knife Works. Hopefully I get my money back.

Lots of items and some good deals to be had! But, shipping is extremely slow. This particular order was placed 8 days before it shipped! Add that to the bumbling USPS, and it was 15 days before my order arrived. I know that Chicago Knife Works can't do anything about the post office. They CAN work on speeding up their own shipping department, though.
